The Problem: Our bodies were designed to receive nutrients from nature. Unfortunately, most of us get very little of our nutrition this way. Instead, despite our best intentions, we often find ourselves eating diets that are high in unhealthy fats and processed carbohydrates with lots of undesirable additives. Two words come to mind: fake stuff.

Even those of us who are trying to be healthier by becoming more educated about nutrition have a hard time feeling confident that we’re getting the natural nutrients that would be the most beneficial for us and our families. The truth is, the more we learn about good nutrition, the more we realize that it’s really hard to get everything we need in a convenient and affordable way. So we’re left with a nutritional “void.”

Consequently, we end up with far less than optimal nutrition, which often leaves us feeling more tired and rundown than we can afford to be, which ultimately leads to poor health. That’s why it’s so important to give your body the plant-sourced nutrients it needs and wants.
